About the Programme
What is Wealth Circles?
Wealth Circles is a private, application-only 6-week programme for women who are ready to invest their capital with clarity and intention. It is not a course – it is a structured decision-making programme designed to help you confidently allocate £100K+ over the next 12–24 months.
Who is this for?
Wealth Circles is for women who:
- Are earning well and building capital
- Have (or expect to have) £100K+ to invest
- Feel uncertain about how to allocate their money
- Want to move from saving to intentional investing
- Value being in a high-calibre room of serious women
How much does it cost?
The programme is £2,500 per person. This includes the full 6-week programme plus one month’s free access to the Wealth Room.
Why is it application-only?
Because the quality of the room matters. Every woman in a Wealth Circles cohort is at a similar stage and serious about her finances — that is part of what makes it valuable. The application process ensures the group is the right fit for everyone in it.
How many women are in each cohort?
Each cohort is capped at 25 women. This keeps the group intimate, high-quality, and genuinely useful.
What’s Included
What is included in the programme?
Over 6 weeks, you will get:
- A Personal Wealth Profile with a personalised voice note from Ayesha highlighting your gaps, opportunities & where to focus

What do I actually leave with?

What is the Wealth Room?
The Wealth Room is Ayesha’s ongoing membership community for women who want to keep building and refining their investment strategy beyond the programme. As a Wealth Circles graduate, you will get your first month included. After that, you can choose to continue as a member.
What happens after the programme ends?
Your Wealth Circles membership includes one month’s free access to the Wealth Room. After that, you can choose to continue as a member and keep building your investment strategy alongside a community of like-minded women.
Logistics
Is the programme online or in-person?
The programme runs online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are.
What day and time are the sessions?
Sessions run every Friday at 12pm UK time for six weeks. All sessions are recorded, so if you cannot make one live you can catch up afterwards.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Each weekly session is 90 minutes, plus time to complete your workbook and any reflection between sessions. This is a participation-led programme — the more you put in, the more you will get out of it.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you cannot make a live session, recordings will be available so you do not miss out. That said, this is a programme that asks for genuine participation — showing up live whenever you can will make a real difference to your experience.
The Application Process
How do I apply?
Hit the apply button on this page and complete the short application form. If you are a good fit, you will hear back about next steps.
How long does the application take?
The application form is short and should only take a few minutes to complete.
How quickly will I hear back after applying?
Ayesha reviews applications personally. You will hear back once your application has been assessed — if you are offered a place, you will have 48 hours to complete payment and secure it.
What happens after I am accepted?
Once you have completed payment to secure your place, you will receive a Wealth Profile to complete. Ayesha will then record a personalised voice note with her view on your situation, your gaps and where to focus. You will also be added to the private Wealth Circles WhatsApp group.
What if I am not accepted?
If Wealth Circles is not the right fit right now, you will be notified. It is worth keeping an eye on future cohorts, or exploring the Wealth Room as an alternative way to work with Ayesha in the meantime.
I am not sure I am ready — is this still right for me?
If you are asking the question, you are probably closer to ready than you think. The programme is specifically designed for women who feel uncertain or unclear about how to allocate their money — that uncertainty is exactly what Wealth Circles is built to resolve.
Payments & Policies
Are payment plans available?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment plans at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full terms will be confirmed at the point of enrolment. If you have any questions before applying, feel free to reach out.
Is this financial advice?
Wealth Circles is an educational programme, not regulated financial advice. The programme is designed to give you the knowledge, frameworks and clarity to make your own informed investment decisions — it does not tell you where to put your money.
About Ayesha
Who is Ayesha Ofori?
Ayesha Ofori is a former Goldman Sachs Executive Director and Private Wealth Adviser, where she personally managed over £500 million in client assets for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. She also built her own wealth through real estate investing, applying the same frameworks she used with clients. She holds an MSci in Physics from Imperial College London and an MBA from London Business School. Today she works at the intersection of financial decision-making, wealth building and women’s economic power — and Wealth Circles is the most direct way to work with her.
Why did Ayesha create Wealth Circles?
Working at the highest levels of private wealth made one thing clear: the frameworks that guide wealth creation are not widely taught. Women in particular are often left navigating investing and risk without structural clarity. Wealth Circles exists to change that — giving ambitious women direct access to the thinking and frameworks that are usually reserved for the ultra-wealthy.
Has Ayesha been recognised for her work?
Yes. She is a recipient of the Women of the Future Award, was named one of Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35, and has been included in the Women in Fintech Powerlist. She has appeared on Sky News, BBC Radio and Bloomberg Radio, and her work has been featured in the Financial Times and CNBC.
